"The village of Glen is situated at the southern extremity of the townland, at side of main road leading from Granard to Ballynaugh, and a corn mill about 10 chains N.E. of it. A Roman Catholic chapel large enough to accommodate 550 persons stands on the S. west side of the townland. There are also 4 old forts in different parts of it." [Desc. Rem.];
