"Pinkman: Corr-a’-chreamha = Hill of the wild garlic. In this name the aspirated letter ‘m’ is made ‘mph’ owing to a corruption peculiar to the northern counties. Compare Derrydamph in Co. Cavan – Doire-damh, and Annacramph in Co. Armagh – Eanach-Creamha (Joyce). Correcrave – Inquisition, 1630. "
