n/a |
"LSO: “In the Parish of Drumreilly is a Townland called Boith Íseal, a name of frequent recurrence signifying Low House. It is pronounced Bo-Ēeshill, but now anglicized Bush Hill, which is a corruption apt to create confustion. Pleas to consider this, and let me know if you agree with my change, or rather restoration of the correct name.” (207-8) "
