Trym, land called Porchfeild near the site, and a garden without
the Porchgate ; the site and possessions of the monastery of friars
preachers of Trym ; the Maudlen chapel and cemetery, a close
extending from an eel weir on the Boyne to Lync's park, the
Maudelen land in the fields of Trym, the king's park alias the
park of Trym, possessions of the house of friars minor observants
