Ainmneacha stairiúla:
An chuid thuaidh den bhaile fearainn a ghobann isteach i bparóiste Shrúbh Bó, ba chuid de ghabháltas Phiogóideach an Dísirt é. Is cosúil ar chur síos 1608 ar theorainneacha a thailte gur don phíosa talún seo a thagair an logainm stairiúil ‘Rahynenenarran’, et var.: 1551 ‘Tyrryn, Rahynenenarran, Rathmasbockewre’ F (Éadbhaird) 928 = 1568 ‘Rahieninarne’, ‘Dirren, Rathenenarren, Rathmasbockenire’ = 1608 ‘Dirreye, Rathuneran, Rathnasbowke’ CPR 126b < Ráithín na nAirne (?) “the (little) ring-fort of the sloes”. (Féach ‘thence through the middle of the said ditch to Rahieninarne, leaving the rath aforesaid with the lands of the aforesaid Robert Pigott, thence … northwestward [.i. siar ó thuaidh ar feadh theorainn thiar theas bf Ballymooney]’ CPR 113.)Cf. bf Doire (#28489).
